If your PSU died hopefully that is your only problem, there is no way to know without replacing it and seeing if it starts up.

You should disconnect your PSU and test it to determine if it is truly dead. This is easy to do. First unplug EVERYTHING from the PSU to your PC, then take a paperclip and the large 24 pin connector. Find the green wire and insert 1 end of the clip into that wire's plug hole, then take the other end and insert it into the Black wire hole right next to the green.

Plug in the PSU and turn on the switch. If the fan spins and it runs your PSU is fine, and that means its not your problem, your problem is likely your motherboard. If it doesn't, the PSU is dead.
