Shift-m keyboard issue

So recently I bought a Logitech G910 Orion Spark keyboard but when I tried using 'SHIFT-m' for a capital m it wouldn't work and so I got the keyboard replaced but that one had the same issue. I returned the second one and am now just using a standard keyboard my dad had but this keyboard is doing the same.

Is this a windows issue rather than a hardware issue?? I have no idea what to do.

Everything suggest its a software issue or misconfiguration. Try to run your system in safe mode and see if the problem is still there. Try also write the letter with caps lock to see if it works that way.

Report back when you do it so we can exclude some thing :)

How do I run my PC in safemode? Also Caps Lock works
