Upgrading my CPU Fan

I want to upgrade my CPU Fan and take a new one because it's very loud
Can you help me buy a CPU Fan for 30 euros maximum?
I have an Intel Core i5 4440 CPU 3,1 GHz
Graphic Card: GeForce GTX 660
Ram: 8gb
PC box dimensions is:
Length: 185 mm
Height: 412 mm
Depth: 420 mm
but i might take a new one with these dimensions:
Length: 195 mm
Height: 410 mm
Depth: 430 mm
Power Supply: PowerTech ATX 650W

i really want to focus on the sound,i want it to be as silent as possible,my current fan has 22dbA sound,and 1200-2800rpm and it's very sound

You are talking about the stock fan right. I came with the CPU? Those are pretty loud. As I said the hyper 212 EVO, or choose the h7 if it's sold in Europe

Yea cryorig doesn't ship ti Europe. While some independent sellers may sell it. That's why I said what I said in my previous posts. Like come on reading is a great thing

The Cryorig H7 is very slightly better, but more important to the OP, it's a bit quieter.

I have this one currently, I upgraded recently from stock.

Its quiet and has made my CPU 10C cooler than stock.

I also have that one and at full load you can definitely hear the fan that gets as loud as the stock cooler.

What those people said^^^. The Cryorig or 212 Evo have big, quiet fans, and big heat sinks; they don't have to scream to dissipate the heat from the CPU.

The motherboard doesn't matter, but the case does. Yours obviously isn't a quiet case; otherwise you would barely hear the stock cooler unless the CPU is at full load.

Nope mines quiet at load, played Overwatch pretty much all yesterday in hot summer temps in England and the CPU stayed at 50-55C totally fine.

Nothing wrong with the cooler.

Run the latest version of Prime95 Small FFTs for 10 minutes and you'll hear the fan spinning at full speed. Even at lighter loads it cansometimes be heard; an H7 fan can spin up to 1600 RPM while a TX3 fan can spin up to 2800 RPM. Since the H7 is much larger, it's fan will never have to spin at its maximum; same with the 212 Evo.

So am I, but I'll move it to an i3 based system where it will never have to spin at full speed; an i5 or an i7 deserves a more powerful cooler.
