So I am selling the PC i built myself and want no trace of any of my information on it for the buyer to see. What can I do to make sure of this? And also, is there anything i should save on to my flash drive to carry over on to my next build? I already told the buyer Windows is not included so that doesnt need to be factored in. Thanks!

If the sale isn't finalized, just pull the hard drive and tell them it's not included. If the sale is final, see above about boot n nuke.
