Should I buy another 8GB of this or buy 16GB of something else?

Im wanting to upgrade to 16GB but I'm confused as to what will give me the best performance.

I currently have this ram:

With this motherboard:

Should I buy another 8GB of this or should I just get 16GB of something else? (I'm guessing newer/faster then what I have.)

buy the same one you already have ram speed wont affect much of anything if you just use it for gaming/office.

Also games dont really need more than 8GB you could just stick with it unless you run virtualization or something that actually needs it or invest in something else such as ssd if you dont have 1.
