Dear community!

I have a laptop called Toshiba Satellite C660d-1F2. I decided to update all my drivers including bios to the latest. I went ahead to the website of toshiba, and i choosed toshiba satellite c660d-1f2, I downloaded the bios and updated via the included program. It updated successfully and asked me to restart the laptop. I did it but it stayed at black screen and did not want to show the post screen of bios. I tried the recovery tool of phoenix bios but it did not worked. Then I bought the bios chip and wanted to solder it. I desoldered the old bios chip but there are now two black soldered point (in screenshot it looks like a brown soldered point, but with my eye I see a black soldered point :) ). see screenshot:

Should I put tin over it?

Solution
What did you use to desolder that chip, a blow torch and a cold chisel!!??

That's one of the worst solder jobs I've seen in a long while. You've destroyed at least 2 solder pads, scratched through the conformal coating and possibly damaged or destroyed no less than 2 additional traces that I can see.

That board is toast, useful now only as a wall decoration.

It's repairable... But with your skills I would go to a professional...
There are at least 3 broken tracks there, and those brown "solder points" are destroyed as well, as you can see, the copper is missing there, so your solder won't stick. You could use some fine wire, and solder the legs (of the chip) directly onto the tracks, but as I said, the way you butchered that board, I would recommend asking someone with more skill ;)
