There is nothing wrong with your ram, if things are filling it up like that you need to go into task manager in windows and see what is using it all. sort it by usage and post it here. You may have a virus, or just some software that really takes up a lot.

Is your windows pagefile still on? If not turn that back on and allow windows to manage it

Also what is "Discord" that takes up quite a bit, And you should update Firefox to the new 64 bit version.

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

Also are you sure the system is reading all of your new memory?

Right click on your computer in explorer, go to properties, then click advanced settings. Click on the advanced tab, and under performance click the settings button and then the advanced tab again.

Make sure under Virtual memory it says "Total paging file size: " and how much ram you have (16gb would be 16384) at least. If it says disabled or something click "Change" and then check the box at the top to let windows manage a page file.

Ok thats good, so we know your settings are ok.

Lets back up then for a second, when you boot up your PC before you open anything what does task manager look like? Sort it by memory again. Don't start any games, programs, etc.

Also can you go into resource monitor and check out the memory tab? Screen shot that too

Ok so its not that, maybe its LOL

Firefox isn't running in this new shot, so my advice was based on the last screen shot in the assumption you hadn't changed it yet.

So I would try to delete and re-install LOL. On top of that when you made the other screen was anything else running?
