Hello,
First of all, I want to mention that i'm using this PC exclusively for gaming. I'm on BenQ XL2411Z monitor (1920x1080).
i got a few questions about following release of the GTX 1080. I'm wondering if GTX 1080 is a worthy upgrade comparing to my current GPU and i'm wondering if everything would work as intended ?
I'm aware of GTX 1080 improved cooling, but i'm running my current rig on a stock cooler so i want to know if it won't make any overheating problems ? My CPU/GPU are not OC.
Is there anything else i missed that would help me to significantly improve my gaming experience ?
My specs are:
CPU: Intel i7 4790k @ 4 GHz
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming
MOBO: ASUS Z97-A
RAM: G.SKILL TridentX 16GB (2 x 8GB)
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
SSD2: Samsung 850 PRO 256GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
PSU: Seasonic M12II EVO 620W
