Solution
Z versions are amazing for OC'ing K CPU's and for SLI. In this case, you cannot OC the CPU, and not sure if you want SLi in the future, so, in your case, H170 is the mobo for you.
Lovely, you can downgrade if you want the PSU (650W i thing will be plenty fine) for saving some bucks to put it in the CPU cooler.

About that, i would go for air, mainly because you're not going for OC the cpu, but its your choice.

What if I changed the motherboard to the Asus Z170 PRO GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard instead of the Asus H170 version?
And for the cpu cooler im gonna go with the CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler. Is that good still?
