Very useful link.
So I would reccomemd that you keep your components cool. GPU under 90C and CPU under 70C, mostly 69C is better. You can't really consider case temp. Just watch component temp.

Okay its just I'm trying cool my bedroom temp down a bit as the computer can heat up my room a few degrees after two hours of demanding games.

My CPU is between 50-60C currently in the heat wave while in winter-spring it was 40-50C and my GPU was 55-60C in the winter-spring and now with the heat wave goes to 60-65C.

Isn't speed fan only for PWM fans thou? As they can be controlled and monitored

3 pin fans can be controlled by voltage adapters or fan controllers. They will limit the voltage put into the fan and therefore change the fan speeds. The 4 pin one is able to be controlled by software rather than hardware

So what your saying is that I can go into the BIOS and change the voltage to the header if I would like to change the speed.

By back 120m is 3 pin and plugged into the CPU_FAN2 header which is just next to the white 4pin CPU_FAN1 header. The rear fan is decently quiet but I don't ever hear it change speeds so I'm guessing that's the speed my new fans would be going.

No you cannot change 3 pin fans with software. But yes you are right. Changing the input voltage changes the speed of the fan. Some bios are limited and cannot effectively change speeds. That's why you use speedfan. If you do not change the fan speeds, yes it will be at full speed. 3 pins and unmonitored fans including molex fans are going to run at full speed. It doesn't change speeds because it can't. 3 pin fans need a special adapter or fan controller hub to change speeds.

Can you suggest a really good fan controlling hub please as i can not control my fans within bios, speed fan or asrock own software.

Really need a quick answer as these fans are so loud and i can't get them to shut up as they are 100%ing.

Also with a fan hub can i plug them directly into the hub with no extra wires.

Will this work with 3 pin fans:
