System specs (before)
Gigabyte g1.sniper a88x motherboard
AMD quad core a10 series cpu
8 gb (2 4gb sticks) crucial ballistix sport RAM
Gigabyte gt630 nvidia graphics card
Consair cx600 power supply
HP blue 1tb main hard drive
Windows 7 64bit operating system

I decided it was time to double up on my RAM so I got 2 4gb sticks of crucial ballistix sport RAM (exactly what I have been running). But when I turned on the power everything came on just fine, all hardware and fans spinning and 1 short beep to signal everything was fine but nothing came on the monitor. Here's what I've tried:

1. Taking out the new ram and running it with just the old.

2. Putting the new ram in slots 1 and 2 and the old in 3 and 4.

3. Removing the cmos battery and holding the power for 30 seconds before reseating the ram.

4. Switching from an hdmi cable to a vga cable

5. Using air duster to blow out the ram slots and making sure all cables are snuggly connected

Everything has yielded the same results of all hardware spinning, and 1 short beep but nothing coming on the monitor.

Solution
You tried everything you could without replacing parts. Contact the motherboard vendor for support and check with them. Did you try one RAM stick at a time or always used pairs? If you only used pairs, try one stick at a time.
