No there is no bottleneck at all with that speed and CPU!
I have it myself from my old GTX 680 build in a 980ti setup, and it performs very similarly to the Haswell i7.

that's the weird thing... i did not oc this cpu... i dont know how its 4.4ghz... i red that it may be because i set the powerplan in my motherboard to "full performance" and no power saving...what do you think?
and when u say "stable" what do u mean? when the pc is working fine without crashing?

run a stress test on the cpu like prime 95 or even msi kombustor and see if there are any errors because that cpu is normally at 3.4ghz and not 4.4ghz
