Computer keeps restarting during fresh windows install.

Windows 10 keeps restarting during the install. It gets to the Finishing part of the install then it says it needs to restart to finish installing then once It restarts its like nothing ever happened.
I do not know why this is happening please help.

I feel stupid because I disabled all other devices... Well thanks for helping!
