What are your thought on my build? My biggest concern is the graphics card since I dont know much about them. All suggestions are welcome. Budget around $1000 all together.

Solution
wait for gtx 1070 for graphics card and if you are a college student dreamspark.com can get windows for free

get an SSD if you still have the budget after 1070 and get 850 evo 250gb
for monitor at 1080p stick to 24inch sizes

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($244.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($27.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus Z170 PRO GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($147.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($34.88 @ OutletPC)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5"...
A lot of issues:

1) That CPU is 2 generations old, going to be 3. Not sure why you'd get an old CPU...
2) PSU is low quality.
3) A Xeon would be a good CPU choice. You can throw the Xeon 1231 V2 into that current build and drop the Z97 board to an H97. Or you can get a C232 or C236 chipset with a Xeon E3 V5
