GTX 970 MSI vs Gigabyte Windforce Edition (Best Choise for my PSU)

Hello! so I'm looking to replace my GTX 650 Ti boost...and I need some help on which GPU to pick I'm in between the GTX 970 Gigabyte or the MSI edition, I know it's not that big of a difference but each card has it's own features right?, so which one would you pick which one is safer for my PSU
(I know my PSU Isn't that great of Choise)
CPU:Intel Core I7 3770
RAM:8GB

PSU:Corsair VS550

I wouldn't recommend upgrading the graphics card without getting a better PSU first. That VS550 is Tier 4. Always a Tier 1 or 2 PSU is recommended for gaming PCs. Try to get a Seasonic S12II-620w PSU. Tier 4 units are built down to a low price. Not exactly the most stable units ever created. Very basic safety circuitry or even thin gauge wiring used. Not for gaming rigs or overclocking systems of any kind. Avoid unless your budget dictates your choice.

The Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 is the best choice as it has one of the best cooling and performance for a GTX 970.
