CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler

Thermal Paste: Arctic Silver 5 High-Density Polysynthetic Silver 3.5g Thermal Paste.

Mother Board: Asus Z170 PRO GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card: I will get the gtx 1070

Case: Corsair 750D Airflow Edition ATX Full Tower Case. Will this fit the components?

Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Is this enough and reliable?

DVD reader: Generic

I just changed the cpu to the non k. I don't plan on overclocking, and I don't think that I will need liquid cooling so I changed the cooler too. Tell me if it is still good please.

Still good, you don't need the Z170 motherboard if you won't overclock, however you would need to downgrade the memory to 2133 as well. You can save a few bucks there on both if you want (however the memory will be a little slower).

Yes,m could also save a little by dropping the mobo to the H170 Pro Gaming, cost less, and no real need for the Z170 if not going to OC

if you have a local micro center near you hit up there 30.00 combo on the non k and k cpu and mb combo. also try getting a 256g ssd as the boot drive for speed.
