My dog ate my PS vita!!! Please tell me there is a way to solve the problem, or did my dog just ruin a $160 investment???

Solution
Chances of your being boned are pretty high.

It either

  • ■ Went in in pieces
    ■ Is coming out in pieces
    ■ You'll have to have have it removed

Can't tell for sure until you hold it again, but unless you had a waterproof (bonus for acid juice proof) casing on it I'm going to guess its done.

But please report back, I'd be interested to hear the exact state of it.

Forget about your PS vita it is most likely in bits and beyond repair.

Get your dog to the vets as another poster said, if the dog chewed the Ni cad battery or the lithium battery used in the PS Vita.

It will become very ill indeed. both types of battery can poison the dog and kill it.
Anoname. Never mind about the PS Vita get the bloody dog seen to.

When I read the title, I couldn't help, but freaking laugh, lol, a dog eating a ps vita, when do you hear and see that?
Well anyways, I don't know if it incredibly voids the warranty, but bring it to sony and see what they can do.
And if the dog bit the battery, I suggest you bring it to the vet.
