ASrock G41 Supporting G.Skill?

So i got a ASRock G41C-GS and want to upgrade from a DDR2 333Mhz 2x2Gb to 2x4Gb. I know the limit is 8gig, only DDR2 or DDR3.
Just askin if F3-10600CL9S-4GBNT would work on my mobo and if anyone has it on that mobo?

Specs:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550
4Gb DDR2 333Mhz
GTX 750Ti
ASRock G41C-GS

Your motherboard can support either 2x4gb DDR2 or 2x4gb DDR3 not both at the same time, as you already know. Better go for DDR3, not only will it be faster, but it will be less expensive since DDR2 is pretty much gone from the market and prices on 4gb modules are insane on ebay and similar, new DDR3 modules cost way less.
