Go for Corsair RM650 or the newer version RM650x or RM650i. It give 7 years warranty. And has capabilities to run without engaging the fan on low to moderate loads. hence less noise.
The seasonic S12G 650 is also pretty good.
I personally have a Corsair RM750x.

Corsair's RMx and RMi series' are overpriced for what they are; and in comparism to other PSUs, the original RM has much lower build quality. A 650W XFX, Seasonic or EVGA B2/GS/G2 will be more than enough.

In case you did not notice. The guy does not get EVGA PSUs in his country. Hence i suggested what i suggested.
As for the pricing, he has to decide what he can buy. but Corsair RM series and Seasonic are the real options.

My bad on that. I didn't notice. Yet the point still stands that Corsair's RM series is overpriced; it's got decent quality at best when compared to anything from XFX or Seasonic. That's why it's a Tier 3 PSU on Tom's Hardware's PSU Tier List (Link in Signature). All of XFX's and Seasonic's PSUs are Tier 2 at the least.

Come on man. You should know by now that the PSU Tier list is not very spot on and reliable. Its not logical in some parts.
But Yes I do agree that Rm series are a bit overpriced.
Anyway let see what the original poster ends up buying.

I won't dispute the fact that the PSU Tier list is sometimes inaccurate. I do agree though with the fact that the RM series does belong in Tier 3. The Corsair RM Series uses CapXon capacitors for the secondary capacitors, or Ltec low noise ones in the higher wattage models. Both capacitors are low quality, which is a no-no, especially for a high end PSU. And the fan of the RM750 only starts to spin at 85% load the caps can get nice and hot . It failed HardOCP's testing as it's OTP tripped. JonnyGuru's RM650W was missing a jumper between the ATX cable connectors, rendering two 5V wires non functional. Techpowerup says there aren't even heatsinks on the secondary side.

For a PSU that you pay $90 for, these should be non-issues. No way am I ever trusting any RM series PSU till they get their quality control in order.

Maybe include prices to give a best answer keeping this in mind.None of those are really terrible, but some are better than the others.

If all are within budget, this one,

thanks for the input guys. below included the prices. from my pov, i want to get the cheapest available if the price difference is not much. btw, my currency is in RM(Ringgit Malaysia).

and noticed on the PSU tier list http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html, it shows both seasonic m12ii & seasonic s12ii in tier 2 while they are bronze rated?

xfx xxx 650w - RM370
seasonic m12ii 620-evo - RM380
seasonic s12ii 620 - RM340
seasonic s12g 650 - RM470
corsair rmx650 - RM480
corsair cs650 - RM400
cooler master g650m - RM420
seasonic g650 - RM510

also added in seasonic g650, eventho exceeded my budget, just wanna know whether it worth the extra bucks.
