harddisk is not showing up

hard drive not showing anywhere neither at disk management or diskpart, my computer nowhere it is not showing

Can you please provide more details about your system configuration? I'd recommend you check if your hard drive is recognized in Device Manager or in BIOS (under SATA devices). IF it's a desktop computer, you should try connecting the HDD with a different SATA cable and to a different SATA port on your motherboard.

Solution
Just to add to what SuperSoph has said.

You should check by opening up the case of your system, if the drive is Sata based the data cable.
Make sure it has not become loose from the motherboard sata port you have it connected to or the drive that it plugs into.

Try using another sata cable in case the one you have connected has any broken wires in it.
And also check that the Sata power connector from the power supply for the drive is seated firmly to the drive.
