Good day, I need to access a network printer on a different network,is that possible?

You would want to have a single WAN router. You could use a dual WAN router to take advantage of the two service providers. Will building management allow cabling between the two areas?

Maybe let me rephrase my question,we have a 2 offices on the same buildings,with 2 seperate networks and service providers is there a way of medging the networks together?
