Arma 2 Dayz , lags , fps drop , NEW PC - ANY SOLUTION?

So I am playing Arma 2 Dayz but it's hard and ugly to play it becouse i have 15-20 fps ,I dont know why is this happening to me . This is my PC build :

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750
Display Mode 1920x1080 (32bit) (60Hz)
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @3.20GGz (4 CPUs) , 3.2GHz
8GB RAM
DirectX Version 12

Anybody know how to solve this?

Firstly, ARMA 2 is a 2007 title, you cant expect bells and whistles from a game like that, its updates have been discontinued and performance is horrific, needless to say them frame rates are unusual. I would recommend completely uninstalling your drivers with a tool,many services offer this, this will ensure no drivers are clashing or previous driver files are present. I would then ensure no Anti virus is preventing the game running accordingly.

YOU COULD....
Reinstall drivers
Defrag HDD
Ensure battle eye is up to date
Reinstall the game
Verify the integrity of the game cache
Change Config values
