Hello, I cannot solve this problem for 2 years since I bought my setup:
Windows 10,
Asus HD 7850 2GB
FX 8350
2x4 Blue kingston DDR3 ram 2x667 ram (dual channel)
AsRock 970 pro3 r2.0 motherboard
60gb ssd and 1tb hdd
The problem is that I face huge fps drops in this game and it's choppy. Even offline with no bots, in bigger maps I get drops from 100 to 30 fps.
Gpu usage moving from 0% to 10% sometimes and runs on idle clocks 300mhz, sometimes 860 mhz.
1)Tried different drivers- no improvement, tryed adjusting 3D game settings like AA and other, no luck.
2) adjusted to high performance power plan from start menu, and disabled bios settings Cool N Quit n others, still no improvement.
3) Newest bios update didn't solve the issue aswell
While cs go runs pretty much fine, unstable but 130-180 fps and game is way more responsive and smooth.
These 2 are the main games I play, any help is appreciated
