Im building a mini-ITX system as my second desktop.
I saw the Asus one had more power phases so it should be better for overclocking but
im not sure which one is better still, for all i know the MSI might be better. Anyone who knows?

Solution
Air flow is pretty poor when it comes to mITX cases so most of the times people skip the overclocking features and go for locked cpus (since they perform well enough and way better than the low profile GPUs anyways). As far as overclocking for those two boards goes, you won't notice much of a difference, both will push just about the same speeds so better buy the one that fits your requirements better.

Im watercooling the system. And the MSI one is more suited for me though considered the color match so i might go for that then, thanks!
