First of all sorry for my bad english :/
My pc:
Graphics card: Sapphire hd 7850 2gb oc
Power supply: Thermaltake tr2 rx 650w
Motherboard: Gigabyte ga-970a-ds3p

Well, a few days ago i power on my pc and this happened:

I restored the pc (i was thinking it can be a drivers problem)
The next thing was i can't install the drivers and the monitor screen turned off a few minutes ago from turning on the pc.
Then this:

I put the graphics card in another pc and the same happen, and a friend gave me a graphics card that he didn't know if is broken. (EVGA Gtx 680 classified)
This happened:

Then i tried with a GT 7500gs (doesn't required power supply) and it works fine.
Except that:

(The wallpaper dissapeared) I think that was because of the low memory of the graphics card and the resolution of my screen (1920x1080) but i really don't know, not always happen.

My question is what is the problem? My power supply can ruined two graphics card, my motherboard isn't working fine or just the graphics card are dead for another reason.
My fear is to buy a new graphics card and the same happens.
Again, sorry for my bad english.

Solution
Has the GT card worked fine in the past and the other cards work fine in any the other computer then I think you should call up that warranty for the board. Well its worth a try I think.
Well first what spare parts do you have?

You said you tried the Radeon card in another build and it happened so the card is at fault here I would say.

I'm trying to find details about the GT card you mentioned but it is not coming up so are you sure GT 7500gs it the correct name? The closes named one I can find is the GeForce GT 740.

The GPU your friend gave you could you test it in another build other than your so we can find out if that card is in working or not.

Can you please test your system with a different screen be it a monitor or HD TV.
Then find a spare HDMI cable and see if the cable is the issue.

It could be the motherboard PCIE slot is damaged/faulty or there is a problem with a CPU socket pin that is in control of the PCIE and PCI slots. Bent CPU pins can cut of access to parts of your motherboard for the CPU which is a very bad thing

Could you trouble shoot these and get back to us.

Thanks

I have those 3 video cards
Here you can find the GT 7100 gs (it's very old)
http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/SpeedTest/11594/NVIDIA-GeForce-7100-GS
The video card of my friend I could not try on another pc but i will do it.
I have tried my monitor with dvi and hdmi and in a tv with hdmi but nothing change.
I have never removed the cpu from the socket so i do not think that's the problem.
The motherboard has another pci slot but not 16x it's 4x , should try ?
Thanks for the quick reply

Give it a go and put the GPU in the other PCIE express slot just so we can see if it the PCIEx16 may of died/or is faulty.
I'm really think there is a problem with your board here.

How long have you had this motherboard for now? Is it still within warranty?

I have tried the other pci slot and the same happens. I think is still with warranty. Gigabyte gives from 3 to 5 years but the radeon in other pc still happen the same so i think it will the same for the evga.
Can be the motherboard if the gt 7100 works fine?
