Install OS on new B85-G43 MSI Motherboard

My 13 year old son has just built his first gaming PC and went for a MSI B85-G43 Gaming motherboard.

It's fully built and he wants to load an operating system. He bought Windows 10 and has it downloaded on a USB Flash drive.

He has put the flash drive (with Windows 10 saved on it) in the USB port, set the flash drive as Boot option #1 in the FIXED BOOT ORDER priorities and then saved and rebooted.

It doesn't load - he gets the following message:

Reboot and Select proper Boot device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key

That sounds to me like it is not recognizing the Windows file - does anyone have any advice why that would be the case?

Try making the USB drive bootable before saving the Windows files on it.

If he used the tool on windows site the usb drive should already be bootable. Try getting into the boot menu (not the same as bios settings where you changed the load order) with F11 I believe on startup and select the usb drive if its listed, if not the drive is likely not bootable make another using this link below.

I made the flash drive bootable using Rufus (Thank you alexoiu), but it still isn't loading.

I am being taken to the EFI Shell screen which shows the following:

You dont need rufus if you used the tool I linked. Just hit download tool now under "need to create a usb?" and follow the instructions its very easy.
