Please disable startup programs.

In Windows 7, this needs to be done through msconfig (press Win+R to open Run and type in msconfig). Once in msconfig, disable programs that don't need to be running all the time.

In Windows 8/8.1/10 you can open Task Manager and navigate over to the Startup tab. Once there, disable all programs that don't need to be running all the time.

Disabling a program will not keep it from working, it'll still work when you open it, it just stops it from starting in the background when Windows starts. However, some programs like drivers need to run at startup. Please relay a list of programs listed at startup and we'll decide which can be disabled and which need to be left alone.

Well you have too much stuff open or launching on startup, clear it out. If not you have a memory leak, which means some process in your machine is hogging memory and not giving it back. Click the memory tab in task manager this should bring the processes using the most memory to the top let me know what they are.

Thats not the only thing using memory, if your on win 8 or newer look in the startup tab in task manager, is it full of stuff? If so disable anything you dont want launching on startup and restart your computer. The only programs I have launching on startup in my pc is nvidia backend and my realtek audio driver backround process.
