I'm currently running a Linksys WRT54GS v.1 and it's starting to show it's age.

My family runs with 2 tablets, 2 cellphones, 2 wired PC and 2 Security Cams.
The router runs it, but chugs once in a while.
I've also recently found out that my router brings in a max of 25 mbps of our Internet connection as well.

Any suggestions on a cheap wireless router, about $50? I'm currently look at the TP-LINK TL-WDR3500 and a couple of Netgear routers.

Thank you!

Still got my old Linksys in a box somewhere in the loft ;-)

The tp-link you listed is absolutely rock solid mate , can't go wrong if its in your $50 budget.

Does simultaneous 2ghz/5ghz broadcasting so if any of your devices accept 5ghz the speeds tend to be blazing fast compared to 2ghz.
