Apparently there are some by Silverstone but we're yet to know of the sort of dimensions you're looking for, for example, the fans may need to be 140mm or 120mm in diameter...? Regardless, you may want to use this as a starting point/guideline. You can also try and source the paint of your choice in aerosol form and pick up some white(non LED) fans and spray it to your heart's content.
