i had clocked my i7 4790k at 4.7GHZ 1.2v. the frequency moves from 4698.90mhz to 4675mhz. not a big dip but it makes me feel like it is not supposed to be doing this. also sometimes my cpu may clock to 4800mhz on cpuz and also sometimes to 4705mhz. all this only happens for like half a second and then always goes back to 4698.90mhz.

yes it does run at full speed under load. i set the multiplier to x47 and it still does this. ran geekbench 3 and it was at 4698.90mhz. also heaven 4.0, but shouldnt it just stay at 4698.90mhz permanently and not move around slightly like that?
