how to install window 7 on sabertooth x79

Hi,
i have sabertooth x79 with 2TB and 1TB HDD and Window 7 is installed on 2TB, after long time i decide to reinstall window of my PC but i have been struggling from very long time but unable to install window through bootable usb pen drive.
main problm is that, unable to boot window from usb

Boot something like Linux Mint and copy the install files from the pen drive to one of the hard drives.
What are you booting from now? If you have some form of a bootable version of Windows installed, you can then run the setup file.
Booting from a USB3 port to install Windows seems to be problematic. In reading the specs for your motherboard, all I saw was USB 3 ports. Do you have USB 2 ports? I guess you could always buy a PCIe card to add a couple if not. I see you can buy them for as little as $15.

Here is my problem...
I build my PC arround 2 years ago..from 1st day window 7 is installed on my PC and it was working perfectly.. But from last couple of days it started take time to load thing then i decide to reinstall the window...
1. I copy the window setup file to the pendrive 2.0 and it automatic become bootable as usual..
2. I connect the usb to uab port then enter to the boot device menu there are four option..
(i) WD 2TB
(ii) SG 1TB
(iii) Sandisk Cruzer (UEFI) 16GB
(iiii) Sandisk Cruzer 16GB
If i select Sandisk Cruzer 16GB as 1st boot device it stuck on some blinking _ on the left side of the screen but when i select Sandisk Cruzer (UEFI) 16GB then _ blink for 5-10 secends then window start from WD hard disk where window was installed.

And worse thing happen is.. In window i tried to install window just by running the setup from pendrive and now Sandisk (UEFI) option not comeing on the startup boot selection menu..just Sandisk Cruzer 16GB
Plz help me some1 to install the window on my machine here are the Specs
Sabertooth X79
Intel i7 4930k
16 GB ram
Nvidia Gforce 760

I d'nt know anything advance thing about my pc like raid,cmos or something..
Plz tell m how to overcome that problm.

You apparently have the known problem with trying to boot via USB3, so get an expansion card to add USB2 ports, then boot from that as I suggested above.

So, u r trying to say that.
I can only install window through usb 2.0 only
Not from usb 3.0 or USB plus
But i think last time window was installed through pen drive..!!!

I'm saying I've seen a lot of reports where folks have had similar problems with USB 3. Why not spend $15 on the PCIe card and find out? You could also try getting a DVD drive for around $20, then download the ISO file from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10, burn it to a DVD, and go from that?

Problm is solve by SATA DVD ROM
Connect the DVD ROM and then hit F8 to select boot device and select DVD ROM...
Window installation proces started..
