what's your budget? I wouldn't buy a 980 ti, because of the GTX 1080 launch a few days ago, you will be able get a GTX 1080 with a good cooler for around the price of a 980 ti, with much better performance. the rest of the system is good, although I feel you are overpaying on your PSU, and underspending on your case.
