Hey guys currently i have a core i7 4790 with 32 gb of 1866 and a gtx 960 and 460 watt psu. I'm looking to upgrade my computer so my computer will handle using lots of sample libraries and vsti's and effects. Can you recommend a build for me? I have an external audio interface that I will using so I will not need ad da converters in the mobo. also i don't really game that much but it would be nice if this machine could run csgo at 1080 60 fps too. i kno thats not hard because my toaster can probebly run csgo lol but thanks for all the help guys !!!!

edit: my budget would be around $1500 usd

More cores will get you the best performance. You could use many of your current parts and just upgrade to X99 motherboard (I personally would only build on an Asus for my own builds) and a 5820, 5930 or 5960 processor. Upgrade would be anywhere from $500-$1500. If you have $1500 dedicated to this project, I'd go with an i7-5960x and an Asus X99 Deluxe motherboard. If you live by a Microcenter, the 5960 is now $900 and the difference could get you two 16GB kits of DDR4.
