Approximate Purchase Date: By the end of June

Budget Range: $800.00 - $1000.00 USD <<< Prefer to stay on the low end :)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming > Youtube/Twitch viewing, Netflix..

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Parts to Upgrade: New build

Do you need to buy OS: Yes < Prefer Windows 10

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg is preferred, but I am open to other companies as well.

Location: Missouri, United States

Parts Preferences: I'd like to go with a black and white themed Intel build.

Overclocking: Maybe, if parts will allow in future.

SLI or Crossfire: No intentions as of right now.

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 or higher. I do have a 4k TV I would maybe like to try hooking up to, but that is not required -- only optional.

Additional Comments: Black and white theme, quiet, and cooling efficient. Would like to play WoW on Ultra >60fps full raid. I don't really have intentions of playing many AAA games at the moment.

Here is the current choice for build so far

Solution
Your i5 6500 comes with a cooler, so you won't need the C7 unless you are just trying to make it quieter. I usually stay with Sandisk, Samsung, or Micron for SSD's but that one may be OK. You need a better PSU. The 750W EVGA B2 is good and not much more expensive.

So here's a question, since this pc won't be coming with an optical drive, how in the heck am i supposed to install windows on it lol. Do I hook it up externally to another pc and download it from there?

You only need about 400-450 watts for your build. but some people like to get larger so if they upgrade the GPU in the future they will still have enough power. The one you chose is the best of all of these, but any of them would be fine.
