Okay so i plan on playing games like bo3 gta v games like that on medium settings i was wondering if this pc is okay to run them .

Yes - GTX 960 is a solid GPU, you won't be disappointed.
However the 950 is nearly as good for less money, and the 970 is a lot better if you can afford it.
All are about to be replaced by GTX 1000 series, which according to the advertising hype, will be utterly awesome in every way.

Eventually, yes. Sometimes there's an initial drop in price on 'last gen' cards, but not always. If there is, discounts only really exist for a week or two and then go back up (when retailers realize there's still a demand for them). The lower end cards drop faster (750ti, 950 etc).... the 960 is a little further up the spectrum so it will likely take longer. Watch carefully on the day or/day after the GTX 1000 releases and see what happens. No guarantees.
