There is no 'cheap'. The price of the OS needs to be factored in to the whole PC.
Somewhere between $80-$110. You do want a valid, legal OS, right?

You didn't cheap out on the CPU or GPU, did you?

Nothing much really will work the same actually can customize more than regular version as it is more for developers.

Yes and it has extra features such as joining a domain not that most people at home would need that.
