GPU: 1070

Case: Corsair 750D Airflow Edition ATX Full Tower Case

Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply Do I need more?

DVD Reader: Generic

Note: Will anything bottleneck anything? i7 6700 non k and a 1070 and should I wait for any new tech?
 
Solution
Great build. The processor will not hold back your 1070. Your power supply is fine. Its good to have for future upgrades. If you could get an ssd, your system will be much more responsive.
PSU is a little overkill 1070 will use a lot less power than current gen GPus and 970 you can easily run it on 500 watt.
You only need the cryorig heatsink if you go with k otherwise it wont really do anything standard included heat sink is fine.
