Dispart says 'no media'. I have not found a way or a tool to reformat this micro sd card (no need to recovery anything).
How can I format a micro sd card that is raw when nothing recognizes it (diskpart says 'no media')

If you are unable to do that via CMD and Disk Management, then you might still have some hope left. Check the memory card manufacturer's website for a formatting tool (most SD card and USB flash drive manufacturers offer such tools), to see if there is one and if it helps you fix the issue. If there's no such tool you might look for a 3rd party one or simply replace it as @reedo_43 has suggested.
