Hi everyone I'm looking for a basic PWM Fan controller for a new water cooling setup I'm running.

Requirements:
Ability to control the unit/fans over USB
Minimum 4 fan controls

Ideally, but not required, I would like the unit to be small and compact. The case I am using is a ThermalTake Core P5 so there are no drive bays to mount this in so it will be either hidden in the back of the case or sitting on the top of the desk with the case. Also, if there is such a device in the more advanced category one that is able to read temperature probes from within the loop would be fantastic. Budget is open so suggest anything but try not to go into outrageous sums of money (under $150US.) The whole loop is cooling 2 GTX 780 Video cards and one Core i7 Extreme edition, the Rad is an EKWB XE 480 with 4 EKWB Furious Vardar 3000 RPM Fans..

EDIT: The 4 pin PWM header on my mainboard is fried and there are no other PWM headers on the board.
