You can fit a big air cooler in that case and you are picking the 6700k so I would reconsider that Noctua cooler.

Also the power supply isn't the best.

Generally if part picker says its compatible then it will all fit.

What's wrong with the Noctua cooler?
Could you recommend me another power supply?
I ended up changing the case and the CPU cooler.

I might go back to the Corsair 500R, but this one is bigger and seems to have more fans. Cases seem to last quite a while, so I believe larger would be better.

Nothing wrong with the cooler but it is low profile and a better replacement for the Intel stock cooler. In a larger case with an i7 6700k and a z170 motherboard you have the potential to over clock so you may as well get a cooler that allows you to do it if you want to.

The new cooler you picked is better but there are bigger and better ones also by noctua, it depends what you can afford and what will fit in the case.

For the power supply there is a PSU tier list on these forums, look at models in tier 1 and 2.

I have changed the PSU and the motherboard and probably some others that I don't remember.

Could you recommend me another cooler? Maybe around 50 dollars if there is any decent ones around that price. I believe my new build might need more cooling, so maybe $100 is fine. (I'm way over my $1500 budget)

same gpu shorter better performance its clocked higher the msi is only clocked at 114ghz and the evga is clocked at 119ghz more bang for power 1tb drive is tiny these days i have a 1tb drive and its getting quite full cause games are 50gb a pop or 30 so it wont last very long on a 1tb drive and the reason i switched the ssd is theres no performance diffrence its just brand and amd make decent ssds

the cooler i switched due to more heatpipes better cooling and the tower wasnt worth it a mid tower is fine atx full towers are just a mine is bigger then yours preferance
