Graphics Card that fits a Mini Case with a BTX Motherboard?

So I got this PC off of Amazon. Fair Specs; but it doesn't have much Hard disk space and an integrated Graphics Card.

So what do I do? I buy a 1 TB HD which fit nicely...

And a Nvidia GTX 750 TI.

As you can guess, these DELL/LENOVO Cases that lay down on their stomaches are pretty small. No more than 3 inches tall and 3 inches wide (In terms of the space for the Graphics Card)

So it didn't fit.

I tried to upgrade the case; I found a BTX Case; but surprise, surprise; The Graphics Card still doesn't fit because it faces the CPU rather than the wall of the case.


So finally, I decided to return my 750 TI to Mike's Computers on Amazon and just buy one that will fit in the original case! (or in the new one if necessary)

I really need your help! Here are the specs and the price range:

2 GB Minimum. GDDR5 PREFERRED.

$0 to $120 max. If you find one that fits my specs (2GB GDDR5) for less than $120; Awesome.

It has to be really small; and it has to fit a BTX motherboard. (Which I hear are very rare)

I really not to get this done; I'm building this PC for my friend and he's been waiting a month now for me to get it done. *sigh* If only the Graphics card fit.....

Note: I live in Canada; so If you can link me to the card from a CA website; I'd appreciate it.

IT would be helpful if you link the exact model of PC that we're dealing with. BTX motherboards fit normal GPUs just fine. I don't know what you're saying about the GPU facing the wrong way; the only problem with SFF cases is that they tend to fit only low profile cards. Could you post a picture of the insides of your case?

Can you link me to low profile GPU's?

I got the info of the GPU facing the wrong why from the computer store whose supposed to be hooking up my old parts to the new BTX case. So it'd take awhile for me to get pictures. I think the problem is the GPU simply won't fit, possibly a smaller motherboard than normal. The 750 TI is pretty big tbh.

So any "low profile" GPU's that pump out 2 GB of power without forcing me to upgrade my Power simply? (500 watts)
