Yeah, but I hope you have more components than just a CPU. Saying that,, unless you have a crossfire or SLi setup, it should be fine, it's not a very good PSU though.

As long as your other specs aren't very high , it can be paired with the 4690.

Hello, I have such PSU with an i5-4440S, less power hungry.
But I do have an R7 370 which uses an additional 6-pin connector and my system is performing without a problem.
