Does anyone know of any internal USB 3.0 expansion methods that would give you two 19pin instead of the common 1 that you can get on pcie cards?

I have one of these to add USB headers do they sell anything like this for 3.0?

Thanks,
Kevin

Are you asking for a solution like this or are you asking for a PCI-E x1 expansion card that has two USB 3.0 ports or with dual 20 pin headers?

Might I ask what you'd like to do with a dual USB3.0 splitter since they will not effectively give you 4 USB 3.0 ports. Each 20 pin header can essentially give you 2 USB 3.0 ports which is the optimal layout. ANy more than that and you'll run into electirival and signalling problems. Further reading here.

I think that would work. The problem is my motherboard supports USB 3.0 and has a couple ports on it but doesn't have a USB 3.0 header on the board for expansion. I have a 2 x USB 3.0 card that has one header on it but the case I have - deep silence 6 has 4 x USB 3.0 on the front which connect via one 20 pin cable and then I have a second 5.25" expansion that adds 2 more to the front but needs another 20 pin connector.

I use my computer for recording so I have audio interfaces etc that I would like to utilize 3.0.

Would this cable allow me to break out of the pcie card adding support for all 6 ports?

Thanks,
Kevin
