I migrated my OS to my SSD but something went wrong. My old OS partition is still C drive and my SSD is H drive and all programs still load from my HDD. How can i make H come to the place of C and format the old C? I want to keep both my SSD and HDD. SSD as boot and HDD as storage.

At the end of the process, the first thing you do is power off
Remove the old drive
Power up, and check the BIOS boot order
SSD should be first
Continue the power up, booting from the SSD. It will be the C drive
Once you're satisfied it works with only the SSD, then reconnect the HDD
Wipe and/or use as needed

Yes, that will work.
Probably don't even need to format it first.

What tool did you use for this migration?

So I followed your instructions. When the migration completed i powered the pc off, removed the HDD and made sure SSD is first in the boot menu. I booted from the SSD, it was my C drive. Then i turned the pc off again, connected the HDD, made sure SSD is first in the boot menu. I booted from my HDD again. The HDD is C drive again and in disk management it says my SSD is offline because it has signature collision with another disk that is online. Any ideas?

Remove the HDD from the boot order. Completely.
(But it shouldn't be doing this)
