So i have purchased a MSI GAMING 5 motherboard from Box.co.uk, the BIOS ended up being corrupted. I returned the product to Box within the first week via filling out their RMA online form. After waiting over three weeks on pins and needles i get an email back saying there is NO FAULT with my motherboard and they would like to talk about the checking and handling fees. I have tested the motherboard thoroughly and had people look at (Friends who been building for several years). I'm 100% sure the BIOS is corrupted, and for them to say there is no fault with the motherboard. What should i do? i have looked at the reviews and it seems that they aren't too keen on giving refunds. I have contacted them and they are saying it has no fault, but there is no way in hell that the motherboard magically fixed itself, sorry if i seem upset, i just been waiting for over 3 weeks to hear that there is 'NO FAULT' with my motherboard... Thank You guys.

You should ask them to cater to your build by (re)building your system with the culprit board and if the BIOS is corrupted after that then you can hand them the bill though to level the playing field(please be patient) how did you rule out that the motherboard's BIOS is corrupted? Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of the OS you were using and the connected peripherals?
