Hey everyone,
Simply, will AMD RADEON HD 7750 harm my PC using a low end 550 PSU?????(will not upgrade the PSU):)

Solution

by pci connectors do you mean the card or the power supply if the power supply has no pci connectors at 550w its def a trash model.

7750 dont draw alot of power but i will say a quality power supply is a must even if it doesnt draw alot of power if its a trash model it wont ever draw 550w more 350w check the rails on the side psu how many 12v rails does it have if there are multiple its useless

SO what is your suggestion please?

purchase either one of these models evga 430 or 500w 80 plus or a corsair cx 430w or 500w they are usually cheap but the are reliable ive used both these models in my builds

are you buying a 7750 or have one on hand and what is your case so i can make sure its all compatible

well, I already have one and my case is a mid tower one ( will be suitable i believe).....

So, you're suggesting to upgrade the PSU.

tfx or atx psu what type of case is it or better yet take a picture of your internals
