Can i reposition brackets on ASUS M5A78L-M USB3?

I just recently bought a Hyper T4 and some pair of vengance ram but in the standard position of the heathsink i have to put the ram on the last 2 slots of the MB and was wondering if instead of it going horizontally i could reposition it to go vertically so i can put the ram on dual-channel

i have vent in the top my case is an Aero Cool X-Strike One i have a couple Corsair SP 120 HP Editio going bottom to top the front and back ones that come standard and another gigabyte generic one on the side
