I have a Corsair RM450. I have used it for a year, and it works fine. I am trying to do a tad of cable management, but when I press the little nub that locks the cable in place as hard as I can and pull, nothing happens. It looks like I'm not pressing the nub hard enough for it to go up and unlock. What am I doing wrong?

Maybe the locking tab got stuck and isn't disengaging because there isn't enough clearance to lift out of the way.

Try to push the connector in first (give the tab the most clearance possible to lift unobstructed), then press the locking tab before trying to pull the connector out.

If you still have no luck, try wiggling the connector first to get it a little loose.

I have short arms and no leverage, but I am trying with a moderate amount of force so as to not break my motherboard. I'm swapping mobos but giving the old case to my friend.
