Questions about how to transfer my SSD to a new computer and factory reset my old computer to sell it.

Hello, I plan on building a new computer soon and I wish to sell my old computer.
Here is my current computer: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/BNWilliams007/saved/Nw7xFT

As you can see, it has 3 drives. I want to keep the SSD and 250GB HDD for myself and sell the computer with the 1TB HDD as the boot drive. My SSD is currently setup as the boot drive which I also wish to have as the boot drive in my new build until I can afford to upgrade to an m.2 SSD. Is it possible to transfer my SSD as a boot drive to my new PC and then wipe the 1TB HDD clean (using this method http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1896873/securely-wipe-format-harddisk-ssd.html ) and set it up as a boot drive with my windows 10 installation disc?

I also wanted to ask, what are the best ways to sell a used PC? My PC is only half a year old so it still runs really well. I was planning on selling it on Ebay or Craigslist but does anyone know of any better places?

By the way, here is the new build I plan to make. I'll have all the necessary components by the end of this month and will buy the unnecessary luxury components over time. My Samsung 840 Pro shouldn't have any compatibility issues as a boot drive with this build right? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/FLBybv

Thank you for your time.

1. Whatever drives you are selling with the old PC, wipe with DBAN
They will be absolutely blank.

2. Your existing OS on a whole new PC? Unknown.
An OEM license will not transfer to a different PC, unless you call MS and ask nicely.
And it will almost certainly require a clean install with the new hardware.

Oh ok, so would it be possible to install my SSD in my new build, and then factory restore my old PC with the 1TB HDD and let the buyer know that he/she will have to buy their own OS? Is it possible to prove that the computer works if it doesn't have an OS installed?

Ok so I did some research and it sounds like the OS is tied to the motherboard which would mean that I would have to buy myself a new OS right? Ok I guess that makes a little more sense, what I can do is backup all my important files, put my SSD in my new build, and install it with my new OS. Then once my new build is running, I can wipe my old computer and HDD clean with DBAN then install my old Windows 10 OS and then sell the computer and Windows 10 installation disc together right?

I also wanted to ask, would it be worth buying Windows 10 Pro over Home on my new build? Also, does anyone have any suggestions of where else to sell used PC's besides Ebay and Craigslist? Thank you.

Yes, that is the correct way to proceed with the installs, etc.

You almost certainly don't need the extra features in Pro. It's mostly business related features.

You do that during the OS install.
When it asks 'where', select Custom.
Select and delete all existing partitions, leaving one large space.
Let Windows install to that, creating what it needs.
