Unexplainable Packet Loss on Only One Device

Recently I've started to get packet loss on my computer. There are multiple other computers and devices on my network yet none of them experience this problem. I've scanned for malware and viruses multiple times and found nothing related to my problem, and I've changed my wireless adapter also, and that doesn't seem to have anything to do with it. Would ethernet be able to solve this? What tests can I run to find out what is causing this? Thank you in advance for your time.

We switched to a new internet provider and that's around when it started, but as I said no other devices have this problem so I didnt think it was that. Could the change have only effected my computer or is this useless information? Thanks for the reply.

The thing is is that there are two other computers that play the same games as me, League of Legends and Hearthstone for example, and my computer is the only one that gets packet loss.

Right, sorry. I have the same wireless adapter as two other people in my house, same brand I think, and I'm closer to the router than them. However I'm not at home right now so I can't get the other details. I can later if it proves relevant given this information.

The router is Verizon Fios IEB1N, but honestly I don't think it has anything to do with my provider or my router, as all other devices and computers work perfectly fine. Also it doesn't have anything to do with the adapter, or the usb drive, as I've put it in multiple drives and gotten the same result. Are there anythings with my computer that could be causing it.

Also it seems that I get the most packet loss when another certain computer is on the network, yet they don't use ethernet or anything so I didn't think it could effect my connection.

Hey thanks so much for your help, but I think I found a fix. We have 2 internet connections, 1 for phones, and one for computers. Whenever too many computers came on the computer one, it relegated mine to the phone one, which wasn't very good. It seems I fixed it by disabling the phone one as an option for my computer. Again, thanks so much for your time.
